- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely rude service, went to get my address changed and the guy who took care of me did not do it correctly in the system, and I never received a new license. Found out my address never got updated after I received a letter from Illinois state police saying my info was incorrect when i tried to update my FOID card to match my new address. CANNOT trust that they are doing there jobs correctly there. Will never go to this dmv again.By Jessica M, July 03, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Made a special trip to town, was told they couldn't wait on my son till after they had lunch. After they told him that they did the exact opposite and waited on 3 more people. Total disregard for clients and EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!! taking my business elsewhere. I'd rather drive an hour than deal with this facility!By Penny Oldfather, January 05, 2017
